BLACK GARLIC
RISOTTO
Ingredients
• 1 tea glass of Arborrio rice
• Asparagus
• Black garlic, 3-4 cloves
• Half an onion
• Oyster mushroom
To make
Onions are chopped very finely and fried with a little olive oil. When it gets color, rice is added. After frying a little, vegetable broth is added. This process is continued until the rice reaches the desired consistency. Black garlic is added to the ready rice by slicing. It is then tied with butter and parmesan. It can be served with boiled asparagus and grilled oyster mushrooms, depending on preference.
